From original partition sizes/lastmod and data-changing versus neutral events reconstruct90consecutive-model-day tier clocks and exact active/longterm byte-day integrals. Data changes reset targeted partitions; replace resets whole roster;query/export/sourcecopy/resourcepatch do not. One missing modification effect keeps both fullhistories. Own integer model-daylogical profile,not actual clock/UTC/provider bill/physical/time-travel/prices/SQL certification. Strict.
