From original version retention/LegalHold facts and completed local cleanup requests reconstruct blocked/allowed steps, surviving versions, current visibility and data versus UTF8-key marker storage units. Governance bypass requires both supplied capability/header facts; LegalHold independent; simple DELETE adds marker even protected. Exact finite technical simulation, no real IAM/auth/WORM/legal/cloud/price/bill certification. Missing initial hold retains both whole source histories. A.
