Takes a tutorial, product demo, repair or cooking video of up to 60 minutes and writes structured instructions from what is said: title, goal, what is needed (tools, materials, ingredients with quantities as spoken), numbered steps each with the timestamp where it starts in the video, warnings and tips. Steps are taken only from the narration; actions that are only shown and not said cannot be captured, and the answer says so. The model must back the key statements of the text with verbatim.
