global minimum edge cut family
For a fully captured simple undirected graph on2..5 labels0..n-1, reconstruct ALL bipartitions minimizing crossing-edge COUNT. Every proper nonempty side is represented once by its vertex-bitmask containing vertex0; masks sort ascending. Return edge_order sorted by(u,v), minimum_size, all cut objects with side_mask and complete ascending crossing_edge_indices into edge_order, and count. Input edges require u<v and no duplicates; input edge-list order is irrelevant. Complement is all_vertices.

adjacent swap permutation tour
POSThttps://datenvertrag.halowerk.com/v1/adjacent-swap-permutation-tourFor 0 to 5 labels starting at zero, construct the whole Steinhaus-Johnson-Trotter permutation tour from identity. Each transition swaps the largest mobile value with its adjacent smaller neighbor, then reverses directions of greater values.
