filler cut
Takes an audio or video file of up to 60 minutes and returns an edited audio file without filler words and with long pauses shortened. Speech is recognised with filler-word detection; every uh, um, er, äh, ähm, hm and similar is cut at its word boundaries, and every pause longer than max_pause_seconds is shortened to keep_pause_seconds rather than removed, so the speech keeps its rhythm. Returned are the file inline (Opus, MP3, WAV or FLAC, max 8 MB), the number of fillers and pauses.
