For a fully supplied anonymous vertex walk of length0..8 on labels0,1,2, erase loops in encounter order. On revisiting a vertex currently on the retained path, discard its suffix and replace that vertex occurrence by the newest source index. Return the whole simple residual path, latest-visit source indices, every prefix path/index list including empty prefix, and every return event with retired suffix indices plus replaced endpoint index. Consecutive equal vertices are allowed; their event.
