Observed blocked mutating HTTP-method attempts on a read-only browser task. The engine structurally blocks non-GET/HEAD requests; report whether the actual page attempted any such request. Does not assert absence of all side effects. Actual rendered DOM with SHA256 PNG and redacted per-request evidence. No query/header/body/cookie capture. All facts bounded; incomplete scope yields passed=null, never a false certification. Simple CSS only, public HTTPS, original robots/barrier/SSRF/DNS-pin.
