bank book outstanding reconciliation

Original accounting-book and bank-statement rows from a caller-declared common reconciled opening determine reference partners, unmatched signed postings, signed amount differences in reference-paired rows, both calculated and declared closing gaps, outstanding adjustments and adjusted balance residual. One-based opposite-side partner index, zero when absent; a reference pair is only a data candidate, not verified clearance. Paired amount differences are retained and never silently.
