asset revaluation surplus ledger

Original single for-profit PPE asset carrying amount, applicable unreversed prior P&L revaluation deficit/credit surplus and new appraisals reconstruct signed carrying changes, P&L gain/loss/net, OCI net, remaining deficit/surplus, cumulative results and three conservation gaps. Increases FIRST reverse prior same-asset P&L losses, residual OCI; decreases FIRST consume available same-asset surplus via negative OCI, residual P&L loss. No recycling of surplus into P&L. Caller establishes valid.
