Explain an EVM signing request in plain language. Decodes bounded standard token calls and EIP-712 encoding, applies exact raw-unit limits and caller address policy, flags unlimited grants and wrong chains. Optional current-chain simulation uses the existing simulation service. Unknown semantics remain orange. No signing or broadcasting; sanctions and complete drainer registries are not covered.
