dhl shipping label
Sends one domestic German shipment to the official DHL Parcel DE Shipping v2 API. Validation-only is the default and causes no DHL state change. Test-label creation is permitted only in the configured sandbox; production creation stays disabled unless the operator explicitly enables it. Address and contact values are forwarded to DHL solely for this request and are never archived by HALOWERK. The caller confirms authority and any consent required for forwarding recipient data.
